   No, they are ploys to obtain/exploit your personal information.

   no but I got a free cell phone. A razor, all I had to pay was a $9 processing fee.

   They are a scam to get your personal information (name, home address, phone numbers, etc) The company giving these offers then SELLS YOUR information to another company that will use YOUR information to market their products to you. Slick, right?

   You will save a lot of time and have peace of mind rejecting the offers than if you get involved.
