usually if a website of banner ad is offering a free laptop its just to get you to give them your e-mail address or other info so they can spam you. there are rare cases where people have actually fulfilled the requirements (such as getting 1000 other people to give them their e-mail addresses) and have gotten their free ipod or whatever, but usually they’re just a dead end.
This is an advertisement created by a third party. They want you to sign up for one of their services in order to receive a “free laptop”. It really isn’t “free”. That is their scam to get you to sign up with these outside companies.
